The Madison Venue

The Madison Venue is a historic venue in downtown Ogden, UT.  Inside the Old Ogden Post Office, the venue is rich with history and quality construction from the early 1900s.

We are a DIY venue with free tables, chairs, linens (cream) and some decor!  See our FAQ for more information!

Pricing for Venue:

  • 5 Hour Block
    • Atrium Only $1100
    • Ballroom Only $1800
    • Full Venue $2700
  • 8 Hour Block
    • Atrium Only $1800
    • Ballroom Only $3000
    • Full Venue $4600
  • 12 Hour Block
    • Atrium Only $2800
    • Ballroom Only $4600
    • Full Venue $7200
  • Hourly Pricing
    • Ballroom $400/hour
    • Atrium $250/hour
    • Full Venue: $600/hour

Hours includes setup/decorating and run time of your event.  A 50% down payment is due when you book your event.  The other 50% can be paid at your convenience but must be made at least 30 days prior to your event.

Rentals Include

  • Large round tables (5 ft size) and cream colored linens for those tables
  • Long rectangular tables (6 ft. size) and black linens
  • 3 small round tables (3 ft size) Can be used for guest sign-in, cake, sweethearts table, etc.
  • 3 cocktail tables (Can be used for guest sign-in, cake, etc)
  • 5 large easels for signage, portraits, paintings, blankets, etc
  • Flat Screen TV with DVD or USB player or HDMI input.  55″ and 32″ sizes
  • Bridal Suite
  • Limited Groom’s Room
  • Wireless Microphone with Stand and 1 Speaker per room
  • Full use of Kitchen Area (See Bottom of Page for Details)
  • 4 Water/Juice Dispensers
  • Free Decor (See Bottom of Page for Details)

  • Outside Catering (We have no outside vendor fees)
  • Bring your own pre-made food
  • We currently don’t offer in-house catering (but check out our preferred caters on our Preferred Vendor Page).
