Wedding Ceremony or Reception

Prices good for up to 5 hours of Guest Use:

  • Full Venue $2400

  • Ball Room only $1500

  • Atrium Only $1100

A 50% deposit is due when you book your event.  The other 50% can be paid at your convenience but must be made at least 30 days prior to your event.

Rentals Include

  • Large Round Tables and linens for those tables (up to 12)

  • Up to 7 long rectangular tables (6 ft. size) and linens

  • 3 Small round tables (Can be used for guest sign-in, cake, sweethearts table, PPP etc)

  • 3 cocktail tables (Can be used for guest sign-in, cake, sweethearts table, PPP etc)

  • 3 Large Easels for signage, paintings, blankets, etc

  • Flat Screen TV with DVD or USB player or HDMI input

  • Bridal Suite

  • Limited Groom’s Room

  • Wireless Microphone with Stand and 1 Speaker

  • Full use of Kitchen Area (See Bottom of Page for Details)

  • 4 Water/Juice Dispensers

  • Free Decor (See Bottom of Page for Details)

Ballroom $250 per hour

Atrium $150 per hour

Business/Recital/Birthday Party/Other Events:

  • Outside Catering (We have no outside vendor fees)

  • Bring your own pre-made food

  • We currently don’t offer in-house catering

  • 2 Full sized Fridges with Freezers

  • Counter/Prep Space

  • Commercial and Handwashing Sinks

  • Microwave if needed

  • Multiple counter height outlets for crock pots etc.
