Wedding/Reception/Luncheon

Prices good for up to 5 hours of use:

  • Full Venue $2400

  • Ball Room only $1500

  • Atrium Only $1100

A 50% deposit is due when you book your event.  The other 50% can be paid at your convenience but must be made at least 30 days prior to your event.

Rentals Include

  • 8 Round Tables (additional tables are $20 each) and linens for tables

  • Up to 5 long tables (6 ft. long) and linens

  • Small tables for guest sign-in, cake and sweet hearts table

    • Also table for PPP if needed (masks, sanitizer)

  • 3 Large Easels for signage, paintings, blankets, etc….

  • Flat Screen TV with DVD or USB player or HDMI input

  • Bridal Suite

  • Groom’s Room

  • Wired Microphone with Stand and 1 Speaker

  • Full use of Kitchen Area (See Below for Details)

  • 4 Water/Juice Dispensers

Business/Recital/Birthday Party/Other Events:

    • Ballroom only $1200

    • Atrium Only $800

    • Small tables for guest sign-in, head table, presenter table etc.

    • 3 Large Easels for signage, paintings etc.

    • Flat Screen TV or Projector with Screen

    • Wireless Microphone with Stand

    • Full use of Kitchen Area

    • 4 Water/Juice Dispensers

  • String Quartet (Ceremony Only) $515

  • String Quartet (Ceremony + Cocktail Hour) $915

  • Full Service Wedding Coordinator $1000

    *All Hourly Services adjustable by $100/hour

Food Options:

  • Outside Catering (We have no outside vendor fees)

  • Bring your own pre-made food

  • We currently don’t offer in-house catering

  • 2 Full sized Fridges with Freezers
  • Counter/Prep Space
  • Commercial and Handwashing Sinks
  • Microwave if needed
